Standardization is our focus for our architecture practice to speed up delivery and reduce costs. Focusing on the process rather than the technologies allows us to move more efficiently, resulting a faster approach to implementations.

An iterative approach will be used for the delivery of all artifacts to ensure the Client receives what they are expecting. The client should not be surprised by what has been delivered since there will be numerous touch points and feedback loops involved in the process.

Doing what is best for the client will be determined by our approaches, not what is best for a Vendor that we partner with. The client comes first.

Repositories of industry specific and technology specific information will be built up for reuse. Solutions that are already in place will be given priority in solutions for the client in order to lower costs and increase efficiency

Everything we do is standardized. All templates and processes are standardized but adapted for each client, resulting in an adaptable approach for clients (80% baked approach).

Doing things properly rather than fast will speed up the entire delivery process. It's counter-intuitive but most of the time doing things fast will result in a slower creation and implementation of a solution.
