ECSA Architecture Outsourcing - Client Relationships

ECSA Architecture Roles

When it comes to Architecture Outsourcing, ECSA has been involved in these situations since our founding. There is a standard way these relationships work when it comes to Outsourcing – ensuring that each level of the organizations communicates effectively with each other, especially in areas like Cloud Architecture, data architecture, enterprise architecture, security architecture, and solution architecture.

We believe that by fostering communication between each layer, we can better ensure alignment between the two Partner companies. Depending on the size of our client, we have the following roles internally:

ECSA Partner Architect – The ECSA Partner Architect is responsible for all interactions with the Client, both before and after the agreement is established. We follow a similar organizational structure to that of Accounting, Law, or Building Architect firms, utilizing Partners to maintain closer ties with Customer Executive Leadership.

ECSA Master Architect – The ECSA Master Architect oversees the delivery of all services to the client, ensuring that our solutions, including those related to enterprise architecture and security architecture, meet the highest quality standards. They lead the other Architects working for the client to maintain the integrity of our work products.

ECSA Lead Architect – Assigned to individual projects, the ECSA Lead Architect is responsible for delivering specific projects for the client. They also have direct oversight over the development of any Junior Architect or Apprentice Architect, guiding them in areas such as Cloud Architecture and solution architecture.

ECSA Junior Architect – The ECSA Junior Architect is an individual who is still learning to be an Architect but has some experience. They work directly under the Lead Architects to assist in delivering architectural artifacts, which helps to keep costs lower and expedite the delivery processes related to data architecture and security architecture.

ECSA Apprentice Architect – The IT industry faces a shortage of quality architects. To combat this issue, ECSA recruits fresh Computer Science graduates as Apprentices. This approach allows ECSA to cultivate our own Architects, ensuring they learn the right practices without adopting the bad habits prevalent among many in the industry.
